The 42mm thick door panel is filled with polyurethane foam materials (100% freon-free) from Bayer. The door panel is produced in a continuous production line backed by German technologies, and the high-pressure foaming process ensures that the polyurethane is filled evenly and satisfactorily.
High Strength Of Door Panel
The inner and outer metal panels are overlapped when the door panels are molded, which effectively prevents the door panels from being cracked, and the thickness of the four-layer hinge ensures the fixing strength of the hinge screws.
