Our Insulated Swing Door adopts a modular manufacturing process of polyurethane thermal insulation core material, which has the features of a simple structure with a high degree of standardization, smooth operation, long service life, good thermal insulation and heat preservation performance, and high security. It is used for daily passage of personnel and emergency escape. Referring to the national standard of “17J610-1 Cold Storage Door” and the line standard of “SB/T10569-2010 Cold Storage Door”, it is produced and installed. It adopts a hinge opening system and a self-locking device to achieve a self-sealing effect. Typical application industries: Applicable to assembled cold storage, civil cold storage, constant temperature storage and ultra-low temperature cold storage with temperatures not lower than -60 ℃ for food, medicine, logistics and chemical industry.
The door plate is made of brushed process 304 stainless steel plate or color steel, the interior is filled with thermal insulation, and flame retardant polyurethane, density of 45+3kg/m².
Sealing
The door panel PVC border groove is designed with a sealing rubber strip inlay groove, semi-buried door, door sealing strip and net gaskets compression, has a good effect of isolation of air and cold.
Break cold
Aluminum alloy/304 stainless steel section cooling structure net gage (door frame), designed with embedded electric heating tank, self-limiting heating wire power 25w/m.

Process Highlights
Hardware such as hanging wheel racks and handles are made of 304 stainless steel to prevent rusting, and the pulleys are made of nylon pulleys.
