Insulated Sectional Door

REF: SSD-IAS
Insulated sectional doors are commonly used logistics access doors in industrial buildings, with characteristics such as insulation, wind resistance, anti-theft, sealing, safety, and intelligent control. The door panel comprises multiple layers of panels filled with imported Huntsman high-density polyurethane material (100% fluorine-free). Equipped with a dynamic balance system, the rollers on both sides of the door run up and down along the guide rail, improving the efficiency and safety of entering and exiting the venue. Typical application industries: logistics warehouses, cold chains, automotive plants, semiconductors plants, food factories, and pharmacy factories.

Product Advantages

Imported fully automatic production line

The fully automatic continuous production line from Bayer Hennecke in Germany was imported with super strong insulation.

Thermal Insulation

Thermal insulation, high-density polyurethane, suitable for -35°C to 60 ℃ (not cold storage).

Excellent wind resistance

The special shape of the door panel and the embossed design on the surface make the sectional door have excellent wind resistance, capable of withstanding a force 12 typhoon with a wind pressure resistance of 700Pa.

Multiple Security Measures

01

Bottom safety sensor:

No longer require spiral wires, avoiding entanglement and accidental scratching of the bottom sensor.

02

Wire rope anti-breakage device:

When the wire rope breaks, the safety switch can automatically clamp on the track to prevent the door from falling.

03

Semi enclosed track handguard design:

Handguard protection for greater safety, removable track and secondary track for easy replacement, effectively reducing maintenance costs.

04

Built in safety design of steel wire rope:

The steel wire rope is placed on the inside of the track, which is not easy to touch and avoids accidental injury.

Parts Design Highlights

01

Electronic limit motors with absolute value encoder for precise positioning.

02

High strength spring steel, shot blasting and electrophoretic treatment, corrosion-resistant, not easy to rust, maintenance-free.

03

The steel wire rope is placed on the inner side of the track, which is not easy to touch and avoids accidental injury. It has a safety factor of 2.5 times.

04

Cast aluminum alloy steel wire tower wheel, with a lifespan of over 100000 cycles.

05

Self-developed integrated intelligent control system IP54 protection level, multiple interfaces

Lifting Methods

Diversified lifting methods to meet installation needs in different spaces

Vertical lifting

High-level lifting

FAQ

Is the Sectional Door safe to use?

The Fastlink Sectional Door has passed CE certification and is designed with comprehensive safety considerations, such as the bottom door panel rebounding when encountering resistance during descent; design of anti-breakage safety protection for steel wire rope; twisted spring anti-breakage safety protection design; door panel anti-pinch design, etc., can be selected with confidence. The manufacturer provides a complete operation and maintenance support manual.

Can sectional doors be used in garages?

As long as the installation space is sufficient, it can be installed in the garage as a vehicle access door.

How many years can sectional doors be used?

Normal maintenance can be used for more than 10 years. Proper usage and regular maintenance can help extend the service life of sectional doors.

Are sectional doors better at resisting wind than rolling shutter doors?

The unique structural design of the Sectional Door has strong wind resistance, which can meet a minimum wind resistance of 700Pa. In coastal cities where typhoons pass through, the sectional doors are unscathed under the adverse weather conditions of the typhoon. The rolling shutter door curtain is relatively thin and has weak wind resistance, generally at 250Pa. During typhoon weather, rolling shutter doors may be blown away. Generally, insulated sectional doors are a more suitable choice for industrial buildings.
