I. Operating Instructions

2. Personnel Clearance: Before operation, confirm that all personnel are clear of the platform's operating area. No goods or personnel are permitted on the deck during platform lifting/lowering or lip extension/retraction.
3. Environmental Requirements: The platform operating area and its surroundings must be clear of any goods or personnel. Maintain adequate lighting, clear visibility, and ensure no obstructions are present.
4. Connection Standards: During use, ensure the lip's entire width enters the vehicle interior, with a minimum engagement length of 200mm. No work is permitted on the platform until a stable lip connection is confirmed.
5. Loading/Unloading Process: Use compliant and safe forklifts or handling vehicles; ideally, guide transport tools to travel along the center of the platform at a speed not exceeding 10 km/h; strictly prohibit equipment overload.
6. Post-Operation: After use, the equipment must be returned to the initial parked position and the power switched off. Trucks are strictly forbidden from driving away before the lip is fully retracted. Do not activate the emergency stop function during normal operation. Keep the deck surface dry and clean.
