To meet the demands of high-frequency access, intelligence, and safety at workshop entrances, Fastlink’s spiral high-speed doors operate at 2.5 m/s, significantly improving traffic flow. Equipped with a self-developed integrated control system, the doors feature data collection, remote management, and IoT capabilities, streamlining operations.
Fire safety is critical in electrical production environments. Fastlink’s control boxes come with built-in fire protection interfaces, eliminating the need for separate fire modules. The doors synchronize with building safety systems (smoke detectors, sprinklers, alarms, etc.) to enable automatic responses during emergencies, ensuring personnel safety.

SSD-IAS Insulated Sectional Door
For low-traffic areas like waste storage, Fastlink’s insulated sectional doors were deployed. Manufactured using Bayer Hennecke’s fully automated German production line, the doors boast high precision. Their cores are filled with Huntsman’s high-density polyurethane for exceptional insulation. With patented C-shaped wind-resistant tracks and reinforced panel designs, they withstand wind pressures up to 700 Pa (equivalent to a Category 12 typhoon), offering durability, thermal efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
