The Insulated Sectional Door for Cold Storage features a 65mm thickened door panel, manufactured standardly on a continuous, fully automated production line. Its core is filled with polyurethane foam formed by high-pressure injection molding, with a precise density control of 48±2 kg/m³, ensuring uniform and stable thermal insulation performance. High-seal gaskets at the panel joints effectively block the transfer of cold and hot air. Simultaneously, the thermal break door panel structure design minimizes cold loss, aiding the cold storage in achieving highly efficient and energy-saving operation.
